The European Neutrality Act of 2016 & 2017 was a proclaimation passed by the United Nations; proposed by a majority of European countries. The objective was to prevent the War between the Americans and the Russians to reach the soil of other sovereign nations. Political and Military leaders in Poland first proposed the act in August 2016; during the aftermath of the Confederate attack on US soil. On October 23, 2016, the bill was passed by the UN. The Act would however, be short lived due to the Russians' new ambition of invading Europe and using it as a Nuclear Territorial Zone or NTZ. The act was disbanded on January 2, 2021, after the begining of the second day of the Siege of Warsaw. Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Belgium would break away.
